Processing & Production Times TinkaTaylor Bespoke pieces will be dispatched within 2 business days. For any of the Bauble series earrings please allow up to a minimum of 3 business days for your piece to be hand-made to order before it is dispatched. You will receive an automated tracking notification once your order has been packed and shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are 2–7 business days depending on your location. Express Post options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping TinkaTaylor ships internationally. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days once dispatched. Please note that international shipping timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing delays outside our control.

Import Duties & Tariffs All international orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. As of 2025, US customs duties apply to all shipments entering the United States regardless of order value. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your product price or shipping cost. TinkaTaylor has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for information before placing your order.

Packaging Every piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe transit and arrives ready for gifting.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
